Erasmus Student Network France

Erasmus Student Network is the biggest student association in Europe, and they are present in more than 1000 Higher Education Institutions from 42 countries.

Its mission is to provide a quality welcome to mobility students, and raising awareness and promoting mobility programmes. As ESN France, they coordinate their national network and provide tools and management to help their 37 associations grow and develop more activities.

European University Foundation

The European University Foundation is a network of universities committed to bring about a modern, strong and competitive European Higher Education Area.

The EUF is also an influential advocate for a substantial increase of the quantity and quality of student mobility, regularly putting forward new ideas, policies and recommendations. The network has a rich history of promoting policy reform and contributing to the further development of the Erasmus programme. The members of EUF are public universities that share a culture of academic excellence.

The Assurance Retraite (French national pensions system)

The Assurance Retraite is the French first pension scheme, and currently supports 36 million retirees.

Along with the pensions’ distribution, the Assurance Retraite develops its support towards all the retirees covered by implementing social actions for the most vulnerable.

The Cohabilis network

The Cohabilis network gathers around 40 institutions that implement shared housing solutions in a solidarity framework.

Created after the 2003 France heatwave, the network has become an expert of the intergenerational shared housing and contributed to raise it as a societal topic.

Today, it promotes and advocates for shared housing solutions to the general public and political institutions and supports projects in favor of social links and solidarity.

Solidarios

Solidarios is a Spanish association committed to fight against social exclusion, discrimination and loneliness. Through social actions, communication and advocacy, Solidarios wants to break prejudices to transform society.

Through one of their programs, CONVIVE, Solidarios implements shared housing programmes for students and seniors, to find a solution to seniors loneliness, especially among women, to poverty within society in general, and students' solitude when they move to a new city for their studies.

1Toit2Ages

1Toit2Ages is a Belgian association working on intergenerational activities and homesharing since 2009. It is now present and active in 9 cities around Brussels and counted close to 500 homesharing pairs in 2019.

It works with seniors, students and families looking for an intergenerational experience. Its mission is to fight seniors loneliness and help students get an accomodation while strengthening links between members of society.
